Ruyi
Decadent and inviting wine with a warm, sunny appearance, its golden pigment is elevated by the nuanced sweetness of apricot and the freshness of grass on the nose. As it unfolds, the suggestions of pear, grapefruit, and honey emerge, adding strength and nuance to the generally profile, with a smooth, rounded follow through that leaves a inviting impression.
Esle
Graceful union of rustic and refined elements, as the 2019 Chapoutier Blanc unfolds on the palate. The nose reveals a deep tapestry of sweet and nutty notes, with accents of dried fruit and spices. The minerality is pronounced, yet subtle, providing a sense of body and complexity. As the wine ages, its nuances will emerge, and it will become a true gem. A delightful experience, indeed. 🙏🏼🇫🇷🎉🎉.
Varisara
A racy and bright viognier with a consistent symmetry of freshness and acidity, accompanied by peach and floral nuances that add a touch of elegance to the ultimately profile.

M. Chapoutier La Combe Pilate Viognier is praised for its rich, full-bodied character, with frequent mentions of stone fruit, apricot, and peach notes. It offers a balanced acidity and minerality, with floral and nutty undertones. While some find it elegant and complex, others feel it lacks distinction. Overall, it provides a satisfying experience with a smooth finish, though some vintages are noted as less impressive.
This M. Chapoutier La Combe Pilate is a delightful white wine with a medium body. On the nose, notes of ripe citrus, melon, pear and white peach come through, giving it a vibrant and refreshing character. On the palate, a rich texture of honeycomb, apricot and hints of minerality are present, with a pleasingly long finish. Overall, this is an excellent wine that is sure to please any wine enthusiast.
