Sephie
Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, deep ruby hue, hinting at of pinot noir. The nose is powered by by aromas of black cherry, strawberry, and roasted tomato, with a whisper of sweet toasted oak and spice. The impression is dry, with a subtle level of tanginess and a slightly drying tannin structure. The body is substantial, and the close is long and satisfying, with nuances that are both tart and bright red, sweet and fruity, and burnt sugar and roasted tomato.
