WINE DESCRIPTION
Louis Jadot Saint-Aubin Blanc is made Chardonnay grapes grown in the St-Aubin, a small village that neighbours the prestigious appellations of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. The grapes are harvested, meticulously sorted and gently pressed to separate the juice from the skins. The wine is fermented in oak barrels, a small proportion of which are new, to create a rounder texture and add notes of sweet spice. After fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in oak barrels before it is bottled ready for release.
