Sophisticated evening in Warsaw with elite champagnes from Louis Casters. The fantastic merit for quality was evident, as we thoroughly enjoyed a series of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. All 100% varietals. The Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs, meanwhile not the most refined, was still a pleasant surprise, rounded up to 4⭐. The colour was a light golden hue, with aromas and flavours that included apricot, strawberry, apple, caramel, cider, brioche, and minerals. The full-bodied champagne was smooth, with a gentle bubble and a crisp finish. The return is as follows: 4⭐.
