Multi faceted olfactory profile with a rich, jammy blackcurrant and cherry character, matched by a delicate vanilla and leather note. The aroma is somewhat muted, but the punch is pronounced, with a dry, acidic, and sour taste profile that is consistent by a dash of Syrah spiciness. The wine benefits from being slightly chilled, which enhances its altogether character.
