The vineyards are managed using sustainable viticulture practices and are Terra Vitis certified. Natural grass cover is maintained between rows to control plant vigor, with mechanical soil work and the use of organic fertilizers and green manure trials. Chemical treatments like anti-botrytis, insecticides, and CMR products have been abandoned. Hedges are planted to enhance biodiversity, and vines from massal selection and old local varieties like Genouillet are cultivated. A third of the vineyard is being converted to organic farming. The terroir includes vineyards planted in the late 1950s and 60s on a variety of deep sandy, gravelly, and clay soils, contributing to the complexity and character of the wines.
