A smooth and elegant wine with a timeless approach to this Oregon grape variety, exhibiting a robust and rich profile with a layered red berry nose, earthy undertones, and a mild umami presence. The mid-palate is shaped by a well blended equilibrium of tanginess and tannins, supporting a range of deep fruit flavors, consisting of cherry, black raspberry, and cedar, with touches of strawberry and smoke. The aftertaste is long and satisfying, with a soft trailing note of cranberry and cinnamon.

Fruit-forward wine with a crisp acidity, underscoring a graceful balance of strawberry, cedar, and berry hints on the nose. The tongue is outlined by cinnamon, cocoa, and bramble, with a smooth, gentle consistency that would benefit from a more rounded mouthfeel. Despite this, the wine's quality for a distinguished vintage is well justified.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this wine from the wine of the month club. It's a stonking introduction to Pinot noir, with a light and fruity taste profile that's evocative of cherry jolly ranchers without the added sweetness. The wine is surprisingly full-bodied, with a polished consistency that rests on the palate. It's an excellent selection for a casual gathering or a special occasion.
