WINE DESCRIPTION
Le Vigne di Alice Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry is made from the aromatic Glera grape that are picked early with the aim of retaining acidity essential for this style of wine. The grapes are pressed and the resulting juice is transferred to stainless steel to ferment at cool temperatures. Carbon dioxide produced during the fermentation is captured giving the wine its effervescence. The wine is filtered under pressure to remove the yeast and solids to create a bright, slightly sweet sparkling wine.
