Le Clos d'Elpis Elpis Rouge is crafted from a blend of Syrah and Grenache grapes, grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of the Southern Rhône Valley. The region's Mediterranean climate, with its warm days and cool nights, contributes to the wine's ripe fruit character and balanced acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of fruit, the wine is then aged in a combination of neutral oak barrels and concrete vats. This process enhances its structure and complexity, resulting in a medium-bodied red with notes of dark berries and subtle spice, suitable for immediate enjoyment or short-term cellaring.
