Tasting highlight
The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural acidity and vibrant fruit character. Partial aging in neutral oak adds subtle complexity without overshadowing the wine's inherent freshness.
This Petit Manseng captivates with its radiant golden hue and beguiling aromatic complexity. The nose unfolds layers of ripe apricot, quince, and a hint of ginger spice, underscored by a subtle floral lift. On the palate, the wine is opulently textured, showcasing a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and luscious sweetness. Flavors of honeyed peach and candied citrus peel are elegantly balanced by a mineral backbone, leading to a long, resonant finish. This wine exemplifies the varietal's potential for crafting wines of remarkable depth and precision, making it a noteworthy expression of its terroir.
