WINE DESCRIPTION
The Grande Réserve Brut is crafted by Champagne Lallier that was established in 1906. The grapes are sourced entirely from Grand Cru villages, the Pinot Noir is sourced from Aÿ Grand Cru, whilst the Chardonnay comes from the Grand Crus of Avize and Cramant in the Côte des Blancs. This is an assemblage of roughly 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay. The wine typically spends around 3 years on lees, developing marked yeasty and brioche notes that complement the delightful citrus and berry notes.
