This Lakewood wine is produced from Gewürztraminer, known for being a highly aromatic variety, grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York. After harvesting and sorting, the grapes are pressed with the resulting juice being transferred into inert vessels to begin fermentation. The wine is fermented at cooler temperatures to retain fruit purity and delicate aromatics. The wine is then aged for a short period in inert vessels to allow the vibrant fruit flavors to fully express themselves.
