This Marsannay showcases the quintessential elegance of Burgundy with its luminous ruby hue and a bouquet that unfolds layers of red currant, wild strawberry, and a whisper of forest floor. On the palate, it presents a harmonious balance of vibrant acidity and fine-grained tannins, underscoring its medium-bodied structure. The wine's complexity is further revealed through subtle notes of clove and a hint of minerality, leading to a poised, lingering finish. This is a commendable expression of the Marsannay terroir, offering both immediate appeal and potential for graceful aging, aligning with the classic style of the Côte de Nuits.

Labouré-Roi Marsannay originates from the northernmost appellation in the Côte de Nuits of Burgundy, France. This Pinot Noir benefits from the region's cool climate and limestone-rich soils, which contribute to its fresh acidity and mineral undertones. The wine undergoes traditional fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant fruit character, followed by aging in French oak barrels for added complexity. The result is a medium-bodied wine with red berry flavors, subtle spice, and a balanced structure. Ideal for those who appreciate the finesse and elegance typical of Burgundy's Pinot Noir.
