Parsons
Rich, supple tactile quality with a deep, earthy foundation, highlighted by the elegant nuances of leather and oak. As the wine is aerated, the notes unfold with a sweet, chocolatey undertone, accompanied by the indulgent ripeness of red berries and a nuance of jam. The close is satisfying, with a inviting astringency that lingers, leaving a light aftertaste of cherry and spices.

I will not consider purchasing another wine from this establishment.
Niok
Dense, intense wine with a full garnet hue. Its clean, medium intensity aroma is defined by by the sweet and fruity accents of blackberry and toast, though its dry, high tartness and strong harsh tannins provide a firm structure. The full-bodied feel is well-balanced, with a fulfilling aftertaste that leaves the tasting feeling full and rich.

La Ferme du Mont Première Côte Côtes du Rhône is appreciated for its rich, full-bodied style with layers of red and black fruits, earthy undertones, and a sophisticated balance of tannins. While some praise its smooth finish and complexity, others find it too tart or harsh. The wine's aromas of leather, oak, and spices, along with a lingering finish, are frequently noted.
This La Ferme du Mont Première Côte Côtes du Rhône is a stunning example of a Rhône red blend. On the nose, aromas of dark berry fruits, warm spices, and dried herbs are present. On the palate, this wine is medium-bodied and dense, exhibiting an abundance of ripe fruit flavors, along with a subtle herbal undertone and a hint of pepper. The tannins are well-integrated, adding structure and complexity to the wine. The finish is long and flavorful, with a lingering hint of spice. Overall, this is a truly delightful wine that is sure to please.
