Krutz Magnolia Pinot Noir 2024

Krutz Magnolia Pinot Noir is noted for its cherry and raspberry flavors, with some finding it dry and fruity. While some appreciate its balanced acidity and fruit touches, others feel it's underwhelming alone but pairs well with food. The wine's aroma includes sweet raspberry and malty undertones, offering a complex nose. It remains a pleasing choice for many, especially as a mellow Pinot.

The Krutz Magnolia Pinot Noir presents a vibrant garnet hue, inviting the taster into a bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and subtle hints of forest floor, underscored by a whisper of clove and cedar from well-judged oak integration. On the palate, it reveals a silky texture with finely woven tannins and a refreshing acidity that lifts the fruit profile, bringing out layers of cranberry and pomegranate. The finish is elegant and persistent, marked by a delicate minerality and a touch of spice, positioning this Pinot Noir as a refined expression of its terroir, ideal for pairing with roasted game or mushroom risotto.
