Kind Of Wild Pinot Noir is crafted from organically farmed vineyards located in cool-climate regions, which are ideal for growing Pinot Noir. The grapes benefit from coastal breezes that preserve acidity and enhance flavor development. This wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel to maintain its fresh fruit character, followed by a brief aging period in neutral oak to add subtle complexity without overshadowing the wine's natural elegance. The result is a medium-bodied Pinot Noir with bright red fruit notes, balanced acidity, and a smooth finish, suitable for those who appreciate a refined and approachable style.
