WINE DESCRIPTION
Cantina Valle Isarco Aristos Müller Thurgau is a lively, fresh white wine showcasing the potential of the often overlooked Müller Thurgau variety. The wine is produced in the Valle Isarco appellation, within the region of Trentino-Alto Adige. The vineyards are planted at high elevation, which has a cooling influence during the warm growing season and helps the grapes to retain acidity and freshness. The grapes are picked exclusively by hand before being processed in the winery. The fermentation takes place at cool temperatures in stainless steel vats, before the wine is matured for around 10 months in a combination of stainless steel tanks and large wood barrels.
