This Cornas is a profound expression of the Northern Rhône, showcasing a deep garnet hue. The bouquet unfolds with layers of blackcurrant, crushed violets, and a whisper of black pepper, underscored by a mineral graphite edge. On the palate, it is full-bodied and impeccably structured, with firm yet polished tannins that promise longevity. The wine's core of dark fruit is complemented by savory notes of olive tapenade and a hint of anise, leading to a long, harmonious finish. This is a quintessential Cornas, reflecting both the power and finesse of its terroir.
