WINE DESCRIPTION
Itsasmendi 7 is produced in the eBasque Country in Northern Spain. Produced in the appellation of Bizkaiko Txakolina, this wine tends to produce wines with moderate alcohol and vibrant acidity. Its vineyard features are exceptional, with steep slopes and a unique maritime influence from the nearby Bay of Biscay. This is a blend of Hondarrabi Zuri, Hondarrabi Zuri Zerrate (Petit Courbu) and Riesling that come together to create a hugely refreshing and citrusy white wine that is ideal as an aperitif or served with seafood dishes.
