WINE DESCRIPTION
Iron Horse Fairy Tale Celebration Cuvée is a refreshing, citrusy sparkling white wine produced in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County, California. The wine is typically made from a majority of Pinot Noir, with a proportion of Chardonnay to add a firm acid backbone. The grapes are hand harvested in the cooler, early morning to retain maximum freshness, before being gently pressed as whole clusters. The juice slowly ferments in stainless steel tanks, before undergoing a second bottle fermentation and period of ageing of around 3-4 years on lees to develop pastry notes.

Iron Horse Fairy Tale Celebration Cuvée presents a pale straw color with golden reflections, whilst a fine and persistent bead of bubbles float lazily to the top of the glass.On the nose, it reveals delicate notes of lemon zest and grapefruit, alongside ripe raspberries, and red apples. These fruity aromas are complemented by hints of pastries and yeasty undertones, such as brioche and buttery croissants, adding a touch of richness and complexity to the bouquet. The palate is greeted with a lively effervescence that dances on the tongue, with flavors that mirror the aromas. There is a subtle creaminess that adds depth and richness to the wine, enhancing its overall complexity.
