Yomono
A delightful wine with a concentrated nose of cherries and red fruit, paired by soft Oregon earthy notes. Its dry, medium-bodied profile is graceful by a vibrant liveliness and a round finish, making it a pleasure to savor.
Bartyra
The forest floor and oak hints are prominent, with a dash of earthy undertones. The acidity is well-balanced, and the tannins are soft, making it a soft pairing for dessert. The sour cherry flavor is subtle, but the baking spices add profoundness and warmth. Overall, it's a good pairing, but not a remarkable for this reviewer.
Kamalisch
Decadent and detailed wine with a rich garnet flavour, blackberry and vanilla notes, cohesive by medium freshness and light tannins, finishing long and with a understated complexity.
