WINE DESCRIPTION
Herzog Baron Herzog Pinot Grigio is a refreshing simple fruit-forward white produced in California. The winemaking process focusses on preserving the bright varietal character. This is achieved by fermentation in stainless steel temperature-controlled vats with a short period ageing in inert vessel prior to bottling.

Herzog Baron Herzog Pinot Grigio is has a light pale straw appearance.The nose is simple expressing bright citrus aromas suggesting lemon rind and pomaceous fruit. On the palate, flavors of tart lemon, crisp green apple and a hint of grapefruit come through carried by zesty acidity. The finish is dry, fruity and fresh.
