WINE DESCRIPTION
Gustave Lorentz Réserve Gewürztraminer is a produced from a combination of our vines and grapes selected from producers based in the commune of Bergheim and its surrounding areas. Once harvested, the whole grapes are processed in pneumatic presses with the resulting must clarified by sedimentation to remove any impurities before fermentation.
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out slowly by means of controlled thermoregulation in stainless vats to preserve fruit character. Clarification through gentle filtering is carried out prior to bottling so that the wine is not damaged. The Reserve Gewurztraminer is extremely expressive with a bright floral profile.

Gustave Lorentz Réserve Gewürztraminer showcases the classic characteristics of the Gewürztraminer grape variety.On the nose, you can expect intense and exotic aromas of lychee, rose petals, and tropical fruits. These captivating scents are complemented by hints of spice, such as ginger and cinnamon, adding complexity to the bouquet.
The palate offers a luscious and full-bodied texture, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. The flavors of ripe tropical fruits, including mango and pineapple, dominate the palate, while floral notes and a touch of honey provide additional layers of complexity.
The finish is long and lingering brimming with intense floral notes, tropical fruit and spice.
