Guinigi Prosecco presents a pale straw hue with a fine, persistent perlage that speaks to its meticulous craftsmanship. The nose is a delicate interplay of green apple, white peach, and acacia blossom, underscored by a subtle hint of almond. On the palate, it is refreshingly crisp, with a vibrant acidity that harmonizes beautifully with its gentle mousse. The mid-palate reveals a touch of pear and citrus zest, leading to a clean, mineral-driven finish. This Prosecco exemplifies the quintessential elegance and finesse of the Veneto region, offering an approachable yet sophisticated expression of the Glera grape.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.

Guinigi Prosecco hails from the Veneto region in northeastern Italy, where the Glera grape thrives in the temperate climate influenced by the nearby Adriatic Sea. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve their natural acidity and fresh fruit character. This sparkling wine is crafted using the Charmat method, where secondary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, enhancing its crisp, lively profile. The result is a light-bodied wine with vibrant notes of green apple, pear, and a hint of citrus, making it an ideal choice for casual sipping or pairing with light appetizers.
