Sublime evening in the Loire Valley, where the warmth of a summer night was ideally matched by a sumptuous veal casserole, expertly graceful and richly flavored with flavors of oak, tobacco, and deep, velvety chocolate. A truly unforgettable wine adventure that will linger in memory for an eternity.

Profound and complex wine with a profound nose of black berries and spices, and a profound dynamic and vivid palate. The tannins are adoptive and the mineralic saltiness is ultra long and energizing. A return to this wine is highly recommended.
