Adhering to traditional agricultural methods, the grapes are hand-harvested in small crates to ensure quality. The winemaking process involves crushing and soft pressing the grapes, with the must kept at -2°C until fermentation, which is initiated with selected yeast and carried out at 16°C over five days. The result is a delightful wine with vibrant floral and fruity notes, offering a refreshing and well-balanced palate that is perfect for any occasion.
