Garofoli Grosso Agontano presents a deep ruby hue, immediately suggesting its robust character. The bouquet unfolds with layers of ripe black cherry, plum, and a hint of dried herbs, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with velvety tannins that provide a firm backbone. The interplay of dark fruit and savory notes is complemented by a balanced acidity, leading to a long, elegant finish with whispers of spice and earth.
