Gaja Ca'Marcanda Promis Toscana 2016

Gaja Ca'Marcanda Promis Toscana is praised for its rich, full-bodied character with complex fruit flavors like blackberry, cherry, and plum. It has a smooth, velvety texture and well-integrated tannins. While some find it a worthwhile investment for its nuanced profile, others feel it lacks distinction. The wine's earthy and spicy undertones are noted, making it a versatile pairing for various dishes.

The Gaja Ca'Marcanda Promis Toscana IGT is a bold, complex red wine that shows impressive depth and intensity. Aromas of dark berries, licorice, sweet spices, and leather are complemented by subtle hints of forest floor, flintd game, and earth. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and robust, with lush tannins that add structure and balance. Flavors of red and black fruit, herbs, and earthy mineral notes linger on the long finish. This is an excellent choice for the modern wine enthusiast.
