Francois et Antoine Jobard Beaune Premier Cru 'Les Montrevenots' 2023

This wine originates from the Premier Cru vineyard 'Les Montrevenots' in Beaune, Burgundy. The vineyard benefits from a continental climate with warm summers and cool winters, ideal for Pinot Noir. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the varietal's delicate fruit character. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, a portion of which is new, adding subtle complexity and structure. It showcases a balanced profile with red fruit notes, fine tannins, and a refined acidity, making it suitable for both immediate enjoyment and short-term cellaring.
