WINE DESCRIPTION
This wine comes from the Saarburger Rausch vineyard, the Zillikens' estate vineyard. The oldest vines, picked later in the season, hang for a long time to produce golden-yellow grapes. Zillikens have the lion's share of their estate in the Rausch, with around 11 hectares, so they can experiment a lot there. The vines are between 60 and 80 years old, with the oldest vines dating back to 1880.
