Kiyoku Assenov
Rich, concentrated fruit undertones with a smooth texture. A nuanced mix of spices, with licorice and pepper, on the nose. The tannins are quite pronounced, with a nuance of acidity. This wine is a serious contender for a tannin bomb. I'd recommend letting it age for a at the same time to fully appreciate its depth. The oak touches are present, but the tannins overpower them. However, the addition of oxygen has introduced a light coffee flavor. Overall, a well-balanced wine with a lot of potential.
