Fernhook Estate Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc offers vibrant citrus and green apple notes with grassy herbal undertones, appealing to enthusiasts of crisp, dry styles. While most praise its balanced complexity and velvety texture featuring stone fruits, one review highlights an unexpected pine character diverging from typical citrus profiles. The wine presents both zesty and slightly sweeter expressions, with consistent mentions of grapefruit nuances.

This Fernhook Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a delightful white wine with a refreshingly light body. It has a bright acidity and delivers flavors of lemon, melon, and a hint of green bell pepper. The finish is crisp and clean, with a touch of minerality. Overall, this is an easy drinking, enjoyable wine.
