Vibrant and lively white wine with a pale lemon hue and a understated aroma of grass, lemon, and lime. Its dry and high freshness make it a stellar top pick for those who prefer a lighter, more citrusy taste. The flavor is well-balanced, with a medium body and a range of undertones that include ripe lemon, layers of green bell pepper, and a touch of grass. The finale is medium, leaving a long lived memory of citrusy freshness.

The chilled glass is filled with a sparkling liquid, its temperature carefully calibrated for a satisfying evening. The evening temperature is 3 degrees, a perfect match for the chilled wine. The Marlborough region's restrained tanginess is a notable feature, one that may be attributed to its Hawke's Bay roots. The wine's rounded, citrusy profiles are accompanied by a gentle lemon and lime presence. Many agree that this wine is a satisfying choice, importantly when paired with Air New Zealand Gold. in contrast its quality is not entirely reliable, it is a notable improvement over the numerous mediocre wines that have been awarded 24 stickers in Australia. The wine's unassuming nature is a testament to its quality, and those who have tried it are likely to be satisfied.

Esk Valley Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its vibrant citrus and tropical fruit flavors, with notes of passion fruit, gooseberry, and a crisp, refreshing finish. While some appreciate its well-balanced acidity and herbaceous undertones, others find it slightly bitter or lacking in complexity. Overall, it's a lively and invigorating wine, ideal for those who enjoy a zesty and fruity Sauvignon Blanc experience.
This Sauvignon Blanc from Esk Valley offers a complex and balanced palate of flavors, with an intense aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate, the wine is crisp, refreshing, and juicy, with a lively acidity and a long, lingering finish. It is a great example of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, and a perfect accompaniment to a summer salad or seafood dish.
