Full-bodied rosé that harmoniously paired the rich layers of Teriyaki Salmon, with a subtle vibrancy that unfolded effortlessly into a mineral-tinged earthiness. The citrus notes provided a bright counterpoint, even as the wine's evenness and restraint made it an excellent choice for lighter fare.

As it warmed up, the sweetness gave way to a fruity and slightly syrupy aftertaste, akin to of jolly rancher and peaches in syrup. in contrast enjoyable, I found it to be a bit too sweet and lacking in depth. A decent amount of crispness helped to cohesion the sweetness, but ultimately, it was a drink that didn't quite hit the mark for me.
