Uisant Cornaggia
A decent offering, though not a standout. This Pinot Grigio boasts a pale hue, with a taste that's heavy on tart lemon, lemon zest, and citrus, tempered by delicate floral undertones. The close is crisp, with suggestions of under-ripe pears and a mineral aftertaste. while its tanginess can be jarring, this wine's richness is undeniable. Paired with pollo pesto con pasta farfalle, it proved a contenting match.

Vibrant and crisp wine with a zesty and clean character, accompanied by a light apple and lemon flavor profile, even as its mineral touches add intensity and complexity.
Xurxo
Lean and bright wine with a bright and light texture, presenting a sweet and fruity flavor profile with traces of green apple and citrus, making it a fabulous pick for those craving a taste cleanser or a drink to enjoy on its own.

Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio is praised for its vibrant citrus and apple flavors, with a crisp and refreshing profile. While some enjoy its zesty and clean character, others find it overly tangy or lacking depth. It pairs well with seafood and light dishes, making it a versatile choice for casual occasions. The wine's minerality and floral undertones add complexity, though its acidity can be polarizing.
