Rich, smooth textures unfold with a deep, rich ripeness that's both intense and refined. A light spice and pepper note adds depth, in contrast a lingering aftertaste leaves a long impression. Floral layers emerge on the nose, but the wine's youth is evident, making it a exceptional introduction to the world of reds.

Rhône Valley wine that's unmistakably Syrah, with a dimensional array of nuances that include wood smoke, cedar, bacon fat, black olives, and a wisp of floral notes. and yet the Viognier adds a touch of elegance, it's not enough to distract from the in total touch of this region's signature style. A great wine, and one that I'm glad I had the chance to experience.

The wine's muscular appearance is well preserved, with a full garnet cast and delicate edging. The aromatic profile is distinguished by opulent plum, leather, and vanilla notes, accompanied by a peppercorn and tobacco flavor on the palate. The wine's backbone is substantial, with a vibrant red fruit impression and a peppercorn spice undertone. The tannins are well-balanced, yielding a long, rewarding finish. A refined and understated experience.
