DuMOL Wild Mountainside Syrah 2023

DuMOL Wild Mountainside Syrah is praised for its rich, full-bodied character and complex flavors, including notes of blackberry, leather, and plum. While some appreciate its smooth tannins and balanced sweetness, others find the earthy undertones less appealing. The wine is noted for its potential to develop over time, with a polished texture and a harmonious finish, making it a popular choice among Syrah enthusiasts.

This DuMOL Wild Mountainside Syrah is a well-structured and powerful wine, with a nose of ripe dark fruits, black pepper, and dried herbs. On the palate, the wine has a velvety texture with a core of dark cherry, blackberry, and a hint of spice. The finish is long and lingering, with a touch of earthiness. Overall, this is a beautiful example of Syrah from the Wild Mountainside appellation.
