WINE DESCRIPTION
Dr. Hermann Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Kabinett is a pradikatswein quality level white wine from the Mosel. This estate has more than 9.5 hectares of vineyards and is managed by Christian Hermann. Grapes are sourced from old, ungrafted vines that are planted in the Würzgarten (spice garden) vineyard of Ürzig, known for its pink-red sandstone. After pressing the grapes, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled young in order to retain its vivacity and freshness.

Dr. Hermann Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Kabinett has a pale straw appearance fading to a water-white rim.The nose offers enticing aromas of just-ripe, lemon, lime and green apple. There is also a distinct smoky mineral note, which is a hallmark of wines from the Ürziger Würzgarten vineyard. The palate is featherlight with a lively acidity that adds a refreshing zing, helping to balance the sweetness. Flavors of orchard fruit and zesty citrus dominate the palate, while the mineral undertones add complexity and depth.
