A decent Chianti, but not worth the full price. Enjoyed it with homemade pasta, a soft accompaniment.

Rich essence of strawberry, raspberry, and oak accents unfolds on the nose, meanwhile a delicate peppery accent adds depth. The impression begins with a tart cherry and vanilla foundation, followed by a mid-palate that offers raspberry and green herbaceousness. The close is marked by forest floor and smoke, with a comforting tail-end that leaves the senses refreshed. A well-balanced wine with a medium body and tannin profile, it offers a excellent worth for its price.
