This Pinot Noir presents a translucent ruby hue, typical of its varietal, and exudes an aromatic bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of forest floor, underscored by subtle notes of clove and anise. On the palate, it reveals a silky texture with fine-grained tannins, balanced by vibrant acidity that elevates its fruit-forward profile. The mid-palate complexity is enhanced by whispers of dried herbs and a mineral edge, leading to a lingering finish with a touch of savory umami. This wine exemplifies the elegance and finesse characteristic of its esteemed terroir.

Filsan
Bracing and clean Pinot that pairs well with a variety of dishes, primarily those featuring fish such as salmon. The tartness in this wine is importantly well-suited to complement the concentrated hints of the fish, while whispers of cherry and plum add density and layers to the in summary experience.
Ilj
Well-structured and juicy red fruit, comprised of blackberry and cherry, presents a unified combination of undertones and textures.

Domaine Roman Pinot Noir is praised for its rich, earthy flavors and smooth, silky texture. While many enjoy its affordability and complexity, some find it lacking in nuance and overly acidic. Common notes include cherry, plum, and dark fruit, with a dry finish. It pairs well with fish and cheese, offering a pleasant drinking experience for everyday occasions.
