Domaine Robert Chevillon Les Bousselots Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru is praised for its elegant and complex profile, featuring earthy undertones, red and black fruit flavors, and refined tannins. While some appreciate its harmonious balance and long finish, others note a potential for further aging. The wine's nuanced aromas of spice, cherry, and oak are consistently highlighted, making it a sophisticated choice for enthusiasts.
This Domaine Robert Chevillon Les Bousselots Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru is a silky, elegant and complex red Burgundy with a lovely array of aromas and flavors. The nose is packed with dark cherries, plums, and a hint of earthy forest floor. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and intensely flavorful with a long, velvety finish. The tannins are quite supple, and the finish is long and satisfying. This is a fantastic example of a classic Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru, and it will get softer with age.
