Chasity Clergyman
Robust and full-bodied Pinot from a half-heirloom variety, with a multi faceted scent featuring black cherries, mushrooms, and leather notes, blended by a soft note of smoke and a touch of licorice. On the palate, the wine features a range of flavors, with raspberries, iron, and cracked pepper, all well integrated by a refreshing tanginess and a round finish. A well-crafted vintage, this Pinot is sure to please even the most discerning palates.
Zule
Refined, understated wine with a understated presence that gradually unfolds, revealing touches of toasted nuts, anise, and vanilla. The linger is polished and easy-drinking, with a soft tobacco note that lingers, but ultimately, the wine's lack of intricacy and character makes it a forgettable experience.
Refined
Rich and detailed jam, made with a variety of black berries, adds dimension and warmth to the dish.

Domaine Henri Gouges Nuits-Saint-Georges is praised for its rich, earthy flavors and complex aromas, featuring notes of cherry, mushroom, and leather. While some find it robust and full-bodied, others note a lack of intricacy in certain vintages. The wine's smooth tannins and balanced acidity are appreciated, with a long, satisfying finish. It's a well-regarded choice for those seeking a classic Burgundy experience.
This Burgundy from Domaine Henri Gouges of the Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Pruliers is a stunning example of a classic Pinot Noir. It boasts a deep ruby hue and an inviting nose of ripe blackberry and cherries, as well as subtle nuances of spice, forest floor, and toasty oak. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and elegantly structured, with layers of dark fruit and a beautiful mineral-laced finish. It has a pleasing combination of fresh acidity and silky tannins, with a long and lingering finish. A classic expression of Burgundy terroir, this Pinot Noir is an absolute delight to drink.
