Grunz Rouziou
Robust and full-bodied wine with a deep, silky texture. The nose is influenced by by a sweet and juicy jammy red fruit profile, with nuances of raspberry and blackberry. The palate is similarly fruit-forward, with a tart and vibrant quality that is polished by a light savory note. The finale is long and satisfying, with a mellow and delicate mouthfeel that remains on the palate.

A singular estate. This is my first encounter with the nose, which is unmistakably a pungent mix of dog waste and a plethora of it. The color is a full garnet, with earthy undertones, leather, and a touch of heavy metals. However, the fruit profile is surprisingly blueberry-like. I find myself drawn to this complexity, and I wish I could better appreciate the nuances of the terroir.
Bulkodel Snelten
I thoroughly enjoy wines from the Corbieres region, with a full bodied and layered flavor profile that features the region's unique terroir. The understated oak and vanilla hints are beautifully polished by the intense fruit flavors, resulting in a truly delightful enjoying experience.

This Corbières blend offers a full-bodied experience with intense fruit flavors and earthy complexity, though some find challenging aromas. While many praise its layered fruit profile, balanced tannins, and good value, opinions vary on its pungent earthy notes and dominant dryness.
