Medium-bodied wine with a fruity profile, it finishes with a crisp, dry finish.

Decadent and nuanced wine with a elegant blend of fruit, oak, and chocolate notes, masterfully smooth to leave a unfading impression.

Nuanced French wine with a rich, full-bodied texture, but its robust character is tempered by a surprisingly light finish. The wine's bold, fruity tones are driven by by blackberry and pepper notes, but these are not particularly distinctive or memorable. Instead, the wine's personality is more nuanced, with a dry, peppery aftertaste that adds a touch of whimsy to the comprehensively experience. The wine's understated charm is a refreshing change from the usual seriousness of French wines, and its playful, tongue-in-cheek attitude is sure to leave a long lived impression.

What the web is saying

Domaine d'Andézon Côtes du Rhône is appreciated for its fruity profile, featuring blackberry, blackcurrant, and pepper notes. While some enjoy its smooth tannins and nuanced flavors, others find the finish short or the alcohol overpowering. The wine's body is often described as full and substantial, with a dry, sometimes earthy finish. It is seen as a good value, especially for those who enjoy a classic Syrah character.
