Albina
A balanced and elegant Pinot Noir from South Africa, noted for by a gentle and light style. The wine displays a graceful equilibrium of lovely berries and flowers, with understated earthy undertones. The extraction is remarkably light, and the absence of wood allows the fruit to take center stage. The result is a truly remarkable wine that is both impressive and understated.
Aurore Beghini
A rich and detailed wine with a rich garnet hue, highlighting a well blended stability of juicy and sweet fruit notes, featuring cranberry, strawberry, and raspberry. The nose is featured by a warm and spicy aroma, with nuances of vanilla and cinnamon, paired by a elegant weight of tomato leaf. The tanginess is medium, during the tannins are fine-grained and well-integrated, providing a supple and balanced texture. The body is medium, and the aftertaste is long, with a gratifying lingering quality. Overall, this wine is a outstanding example of a well-balanced and structured Crystallum, with sufficient fruit and profile to age further, but sipping well right now.
Vasil
Nuanced ruby hue, with a nose that unfurls with a gentle intensity, revealing red berries, herbs, and a dash of spice. The profile is equally nuanced, with a medium body and a well integrated acidity, tempered by a medium level of tannins. The aftertaste is long and slightly bitter, with a cherry note that lingers, leaving a harmonious and elegant impression.
