Concentrated and detailed salmon dish with a intense salmon hue, elevated by a sweet and fruity nose. The suggestions unfold with a understated sweetness, followed by a lively raspberry note, and a mineral undertone. The middle section is racy and clean, whereas the lasting impression is long and satisfying, with a fruity and aromatic pomegranate note, a undertone of citrus, and a light saltiness.

What the web is saying

This rosé receives consistent praise for its lively acidity, well-balanced structure, and refreshing fruity notes of strawberry, melon, and citrus. While some appreciate its light-bodied elegance and dry Provence-style character, others note surprising robustness. Valued as a versatile crowd-pleaser, it's frequently recommended for food pairings and everyday enjoyment, though a few find it simple.

Voss Experts4.4

Exhibiting a delicate ballet slipper pink hue, the Jolie Folle Rosé enchants with its aromatic bouquet of wild strawberry, white peach, and a whisper of rose petal. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and a subtle minerality, underscoring its Provençal inspiration. The mid-palate is elegantly textured, showcasing red currant and a hint of grapefruit zest, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish. This rosé stands as a quintessential expression of finesse and balance, ideal for those seeking a sophisticated yet approachable wine that captures the essence of a sun-drenched afternoon.
