The scent is a elegant mix of damp and earthy notes, with a trace of mushroom undertones. The impression is light and agile, with a evenness of blackberry and raspberry flavors that are both lean and approachable. However, the tannins are well-defined, adding a sense of backbone and dimension to the in summary experience. Overall, the wine is an fascinating and pleasing option, but may benefit from refinement to reach its full potential.

What the web is saying

Cramele Recaş Dreambird Pinot Noir offers a straightforward red fruit profile with raspberry and cranberry notes. While some appreciate its fruity, slightly sweet character and value for money, others find it lacks complexity. Tannins are generally low, making it versatile for food pairing. Its Romanian origin adds a unique twist, though some suggest it could benefit from refinement.

Voss Experts4.3

Displaying a translucent ruby hue, this Romanian Pinot Noir opens with a bouquet of ripe red cherries and wild strawberries, underscored by subtle hints of forest floor and delicate spice. The palate is elegantly structured, offering a harmonious blend of vibrant acidity and silky tannins that frame the wine's core of juicy red fruit. A whisper of clove and earthiness adds depth, leading to a lingering, polished finish. This wine exemplifies the finesse and charm of Pinot Noir, making it a commendable representation of the varietal from an emerging region.
