Voss Expert tasting note

This Chilean Pinot Noir presents a vibrant ruby hue, indicative of its youthful vigor. The nose is an intricate tapestry of red cherry and ripe strawberry, interwoven with subtle earthy undertones and a whisper of clove spice. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied structure, with silky tannins that provide a gentle grip. The wine's acidity is well-poised, enhancing the bright fruit profile and leading to a clean, mineral-inflected finish. This Pinot Noir exemplifies the approachable yet nuanced style of the Casablanca Valley, offering both immediate appeal and a glimpse into its regional terroir.

Cono Sur Bicicleta Pinot Noir is crafted from grapes grown in Chile's Central Valley, an area known for its diverse microclimates and ideal growing conditions for Pinot Noir. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh, vibrant fruit character typical of the varietal. Partial aging in French oak barrels adds subtle complexity and structure. This Pinot Noir offers a medium-bodied profile with bright red fruit flavors, balanced acidity, and a smooth finish, making it suitable for immediate enjoyment or short-term cellaring.
