Lush and evolved wine with a complex garnet color, featuring undertones of cherry and cassis that are expertly smooth with herbal and earthy undertones, accompanied by a understated wisp of black pepper, accompanied by soft tannins and a finale that is both mellow and satisfying, making for a very satisfying imbiding experience.
Racochejl
Opulent and full-bodied wine with a sophisticated nose featuring cherry and currant notes, seamless by earthy nuances and a diverse array of flavors. Its full bodied consistency and pleasing finale make it a top notch pairing for hearty dishes like chicken with artichoke, green onion, mushroom, and garlic, especially when served with a white wine reduction.
Vianeey
A rich, soft consistency envelops the palate, with a light yet persistent character of dried herbs and lavender, polished by the earthy background notes of the wine. The tannins are expertly refined, yielding a intricate and layered profile that unfolds with the initial burst of flavors, before yielding to a savory and slightly mineral-driven finish.

This Côtes du Rhône offers complex earthy undertones and herbal nuances, with prominent cherry/cassis flavors and refined tannins. While praised for its full-bodied richness and smooth texture across vintages, some note a mineral-driven finish in older bottlings. Reviews consistently highlight its layered profile with subtle pepper and lavender accents.
