Clay Shannon Petite Sirah NV

Clay Shannon Petite Sirah originates from the high-altitude vineyards of Lake County, California, where the climate's warm days and cool nights contribute to the grape's full ripeness and balanced acidity. This wine is crafted through traditional fermentation techniques, followed by aging in a combination of French and American oak barrels, which impart subtle spice and vanilla notes. The resulting wine is robust and structured, showcasing concentrated dark fruit flavors and firm tannins. Ideal for those who appreciate a bold red wine, it pairs well with hearty dishes and can be enjoyed now or cellared for further development.
